VISA "D" - LONG-TERM STAY VISA.

Visa D is an immigration Visa issued for the subsequent registration of a long-term (residence permit) or permanent (permanent residence) stay in Bulgaria. A Visa D is issued by diplomatic and consular missions of Bulgaria for a period of 180 days with an unlimited number of entries and exits.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO
FOR OBTAINING A VISA D

You can get a Visa D if there are grounds for (residence permit) or (permanent residence) in Bulgaria: secured pensioner, presence of a trade representation of a foreign company, study at a university in Bulgaria, family reunification with a foreigner residing in the country, citizens, etc., a company in Bulgaria with secure jobs for 10 Bulgarian

LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION OF VISA D:

a questionnaire and two color photographs (3.5x4.5);
passport valid for at least 18 months (original and copy of the 1st page);
a document confirming the provision of housing for the period of stay (ownership or lease + declaration from the home owner, in accordance with § 1, v. 20, sub. 2 of the Supplementary Ordinance of the Law on Foreigners in the Republic of Bulgaria);
proof of financial security for the period of stay (certificate from the Bank of Bulgaria, with the presence of an amount equivalent to 1,750 euros on the account);
a health insurance policy with coverage of at least 30,000 euros can be obtained from us;
a certificate of the absence or presence of a criminal record (with translation and legalization, validity period - 6 months from the date of issue);

In addition, depending on the grounds for obtaining a Visa D, additional documents are required:

document on registration of a trade representationа of a foreign company in Bulgaria (Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry decision and BULSTAT certificate), Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry certificate.
a document confirming pension provision for the last three months, issued by the relevant pension authority, etc .;
