It includes:

Proof of funds for living in Bulgaria. A certificate
from a Bulgarian bank is required;

Certificate of no criminal record at home or in
the country of usual residence. The document
must be issued no earlier than 5 months before
submission to the migration service. It must be
translated into Bulgarian and legalized. Stateless
persons may not provide such a certificate;

A receipt for payment of 10 levs for the
examination of documents (details can be found
directly in the migration service);

A completed application for the provision of
permanent residence.
To obtain a Visa D, the same documents are
required, but in addition you need to purchase a
health insurance policy with coverage from 30
thousand euros. The application is considered
within two months from the date of submission.
After checking the documents, including making
inquiries in the Trade Register regarding the
Bulgarian company in which the funds were
invested, a decision is made to issue a permanent
residence permit. If the decision is positive, then
the foreigner must pay a fee of 1000 levs and
receive a single civilian number in the
Community at the place of residence. After that,
you need to order a plastic permit card (personal
card). It is produced within a month and costs 45
levs.
The specificity of obtaining permanent residence
on the ground of an investment of at least 6
million levs is that foreigners who have received
a permanent residence permit must submit an
annual declaration to the migration service
regarding the relevance of their foundation. The
declaration must be supported by appropriate
documents. In addition, it is necessary to declare
any changes in the investment made, leading to a
decrease in the amount or to the termination of
investments.
